| No, you cannot claim Instant Rewards and Rewards Points using the same eCoupon. You may only earn points from one or the other. |

| 4. May I transfer my instant reward claim to points in the event that I register to become a member? |

| No. All claimed eCoupons are irreversible. |

| 5. How many eCoupons can I register at any 1 time? |

| The system allows you to register up to 10 eCoupons in a single submission. |

| 6. Is there a limit for Instant Rewards claims? |

| The limit is HK$100 per customer for one transaction per day. |

| 7. What are the eligible HP print cartridges for Instant Rewards? |

| Promotion sticker detached from the cartridge box, original eCoupons and invoice copies with official company stamp. |

| 10. Invoices are usually kept at our Accounts Department. Must I submit original invoices? |

| You may submit copies so long as they are stamped with your company’s chop. |

| 11. How long must I retain supporting documents for? |

| |
| Until all supporting documents have been duly submitted in to us, or for a maximum period of 12 months. |

| 12. Will ALL my claims be subject to verification? |

| No. You need only to submit your supporting documents in for verification if you receive a request from the Program Administrator by email. |

| 13. How many times can I register for eCoupons? |

| |
| Each eCoupon can only be registered once and it cannot be re-used. |
| |
| 14. How will my instant reward be delivered to me? |
|
| |
| Your instant reward will be sent to you by post. |
| |
| 15. How soon will I be able to receive my gift upon submitting my claims? |

| 6 weeks. This may be prolonged if your claim is under verification process. |
