General

1.1  How do you join the HP Original Rewards Programme?
You can register online using the registration form available on the website to become a registered user. As a registered user of the website, you may accumulate points to become a member.
1.2  Choosing your own User id and Password
During registration, you will be required to enter a User id (at least 6 characters) and password (Be at least 8-12 characters) of your choice. You may consider using a combination of numbers and letters. As an added security measure, your User id should not be the same as your password.
1.3  Can you register more than 1 user from the same company?
Yes, there are no limitations to the number of user registered from a single company. Each registered user will manage his or her own account independently.
1.4  Becoming a member
To become a member, you must register at least 6,500 purchase points in a period of 12 months from date of registration. Your membership will be activated when you attain a minimum of 6,500 purchase points. You may then access the reward catalogue and redeem the gift of your choice.
1.5  What does it take to be a member?
Your company must
• Purchase original HP print cartridges and register at least 6,500 purchase points in a period of 12 months.
• Have Staff strength between 10-499.
• Be purchasing HP print cartridges for internal consumption.
• Not be an existing member of MVC (Most Valued Customer) programme.
1.6  What are the benefits of becoming a member?
• Participate in member-only promotions with greater bonus points
• Online access to your account and points
• Earn reward points from a wide range of original HP eligible print cartridges
• Redeem from exquisite reward gift items online
• Advancement to the next membership type for more privileged benefits
• Automatically receive our tier bonus points for the selected membership
• Exclusive invitation to events and parties
• Participate in member only promotions with greater bonus points
• Receive a Monthly newsletter with points statement, printing know-how, Lifestyle articles, computing and business tips and tricks, games and puzzles
HP reserves the right to change, replace or remove any promotion and programme privileges without prior notice. Availability and validity of HP product discounts and offers may differ for each country.

 2.  My Account

2.1  Maintaining your Account
There are no subscription or joining fees. You will however be required to register at least 6500 purchase points in a period of 12 months to qualify for HP Original Rewards membership. In the event you are unable to do so, your account will be terminated. You may however register a new user account to accumulate points to qualify for membership again.
2.2  Viewing your points
You will have complete access to view and manage your points using the My Account page available when you login at the website.
2.3  Your points expiry
All points earned will carry a validity period of 12 months from the date the points were credited into your account. Any unused points will be forfeited. You may not bring forward the balance of points after expiry.
2.4  What do you do if you have misplaced your User id and password?
You may login at the website and retrieve your User id or password using the Forgot Password or Forgot Userid accessible from the Login page. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service representative who will assist you with your query.

Earning points

3.1 Will all HP products you purchase be eligible for points?
No, original HP print cartridges participating in the programme will carry a HP Original Rewards sticker. You may refer to the Eligible products page available on the website for the complete list of participating HP supplies.

3.2 Your purchased original HP print cartridge does not carry a HP Original Rewards sticker or eCoupon number
All original HP print cartridges participating in the programme will carry a HP Original Rewards sticker.
3.3 What is the validity of the eCoupon from the time a product is purchased?
6 months.
3.4Once you have registered an eCoupon for points, can the transaction be cancelled or reuse the eCoupon for other freebie promotions?
Once a transaction has been submitted, it cannot be changed. The same eCoupons may not be reused to earn points or participate in multiple promotions. Please refer to the promotion details for further verification.
3.5 Retaining your purchase invoices and eCoupon stickers
You should retain original copies of your sales receipts and eCoupon for at least 12 months from the date of registration of eCoupons or until such time that all document have been duly submitted for verification. You may also keep photocopied invoices with your company chop.
For Toner cartridges: Invoice copies stamped with company chop
For Ink cartridges: Promotion sticker detached from the cartridge box, original eCoupons and invoice copies with company chop.
3.6 Under what circumstances will points not be credited to my account?
In the event that the valid supporting documents have not been submitted to the Program Centre for verification, or there has been an infringement of the Program Terms & Conditions. All final decisions will be at the discretion of Hewlett Packard

 4.  Redeeming gifts

4.1  Accessing the rewards catalogue
Upon qualifying to become a member, you can use the points in your account to redeem gifts from the online catalogue upon login.
4.2  When can you use the points in your account to redeem for gifts?
You must register 6,500 purchase points in a period of 12 months from date of registration. Your membership will be activated when you attain a minimum of 6,500 purchase points. You may then access the reward catalogue and redeem the gift of your choice.
4.3  Can you have a preview of the rewards catalogue?
Yes, you may have a preview of the latest reward items available in the catalogue on the Featured Rewards page. However, you can only use the points in your account to redeem gifts from the online catalogue upon qualifying as a member.
All featured reward items are subject to availability. HP reserves the right to refresh the catalogue from time to time with new items without prior notice to members.
