FREE gift for Color Toner

1. The promotion is valid between 5 October and 16 November 2009.
2. Only the following selected original HP toner cartridges are eligible for this promotion, selected original HP toner cartridges include:
       Series 1: CB541A, CB542A, CB543A
       Series 2: Q3961A, Q3962A, Q3963A
       Series 3: Q6001A, Q6002A, Q6003A
       Series 4: Q6471A, Q6472A, Q6473A.
   
3. Customers must successfully register eCoupons of selected original HP toner cartridges (cyan, magenta and yellow toner under the same series) to be eligible for the free black toner of that particular series.
4. Each customer can be rewarded a maximum of any 3 black toners of above series in this promotion.
5. Customers must fulfill all the criteria below to be eligible:
       5.1 Purchase eligible toner cartridges only from eligible resellers
       5.2 Register your eCoupons in the promotion page during promotion period
       5.3 Select the name of the reseller you purchased from and enter the reseller’s code upon registration of your eCoupons.
       5.4 The purchase date of the invoice must fall within the stipulated promotion period.
   
6. HP will use the correct email entered to identify each customer for promotion reward eligibility. Customers must enter correct and identical email during eCoupons registration for our indication use.
7. In the promotion period, individual customer is defined by unique email address, mobile phone number, postal address or the HP Original Rewards Program member login name (if applicable).
8. Eligibility of promotion rewards will be verified after promotion end. No further notice will be given to those who are not eligible for the promotion reward, and registered eCoupons are not allowed to be reverted or changed.
9. All customers must retain all supporting documents for verification purpose within 2 months after promotion end. Supporting documents include: (1)Printed copies of eCoupon registration acknowledge page or acknowledge e-mail, (2)The original eCoupon(s) registered, (3) Invoices copies issued by eligible resellers with your company chop.
10. For HP Original Rewards members, all registered eCoupons in this promotion are not eligible to earn regular HP Original Rewards points.
11. Each eCoupon is valid for one-time registration only. Any eCoupon once registered cannot be changed and is not reversible. All eCoupons registered in this promotion cannot be withdrawn and re-used to earn regular HP Original Rewards points.
12. Any eCoupons registered in this promotion are not eligible for the use of other promotions of HP Original Rewards Program.
13. All reward items provided in this promotion are not returnable or exchangeable for cash.
14. The redemption letter of promotion reward will be mailed to eligible customers at designated addresses in Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR registered by the customers on or before 31 December 2009 (6 weeks after promotion end). Customers should pick up the promotion reward at redemption center located in Hong Kong with the redemption letter.
15. If the redemption letter of promotion reward cannot be received on the above specific date, you shall call customer service hotline on or before 31 January 2010. Otherwise any cases reported after 31 January 2010 will be rejected.
16. HP reserves the right to change or cancel the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
17. HP’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion shall be final and conclusive.
18. For HP Original Rewards Program members participating in this promotion, the Original Rewards Program’s Terms and Conditions shall apply.
