Splendid rewards for Toner

1. The promotion is valid between 9 September and 31 October 2009.
2. Only the following selected original HP toner cartridges are eligible for this promotion: C4092A, C7115A, CB435A, CB436A, Q2612A, Q5942A, Q5949A, Q7551A, Q7553A.
3. Individual customer can only register a maximum of 8 eCoupons of the selected original HP toner cartridges.
4. Customers must fulfill all the criteria below to be eligible:
       4.1 Purchase eligible toner cartridges only from eligible resellers
       4.2 Register eCoupons in the promotion page during promotion period
       4.3 Select the name of the reseller you purchased from and enter the reseller’s code upon registration of your eCoupons
       4.4 Purchase date of the invoice must fall within the stipulated promotion period
   
5. Individual customer is defined by unique email, mobile phone number, postal address and HP Original Rewards Program member login name (if applicable).
6. Eligibility of promotion rewards will be verified after promotion end. No further notice will be given to those who are not eligible for the promotion reward, and registered eCoupons are not allowed to be reverted or changed.
7. Promotion code is only eligible for selected customer and it is valid for one-time registration for "Star-like rewards for Ink" or "Splendid rewards for Toner" promotion only. Promotion code once registered cannot be reversible and cannot be withdrawn from this promotion to participate in other promotion (if applicable).
8. To be eligible for the related offer, Promotion code must be registered in conjunction with E-mail address receiving related promotional E-mail and eCoupon in the promotion page (if applicable).
9. Register Promotion code in "Star-like rewards for Ink" or "Splendid rewards for Toner" promotion can get additional HK$20 Wellcome cash coupon (if applicable).
10. Terms and conditions of Promotion code shall apply, please refer to related promotional email for details (if applicable).
11. All customers must retain all supporting documents for verification purpose within 2 months after promotion end. Supporting documents include: (1) Printed copies of eCoupon registration acknowledgement page or acknowledgement e-mail, (2) The original eCoupon(s) registered, (3) Invoices copies issued by eligible resellers with your company chop.
12. For HP Original Rewards members, all registered eCoupons in this promotion are not eligible to earn regular HP Original Rewards purchase points and membership bonus points (if applicable).
13. Each eCoupon is valid for one-time registration only. Any eCoupon once registered cannot be changed and is not reversible. All eCoupons registered in this promotion cannot be withdrawn and re-used to earn regular HP Original Rewards points. Any eCoupon registered in this promotion is not eligible for the use of other promotions of HP Original Rewards Program.
14. All reward items provided in this promotion are not returnable or exchangeable for cash.
15. The cash coupons to be received hereunder shall be further subject to such terms & conditions the cash coupon vendor may impose.
16. The reward items are available while stock lasts.
17. The cash coupon will be mailed to members’ appointed HKSAR or Macau SAR company address within 6 weeks after the end of this promotion, (ie. on or before 12 December 2009).
18. HP reserves the right to change or cancel the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
19. HP’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion shall be final and conclusive.
20. For HP Original Rewards Program members participating in this promotion, the Original Rewards Program’s Terms and Conditions shall apply.
